Stainless Reactors

Hydrogeneration, esterification and trans esterification, autoclave and similar continious and batch reactor systems can be provided by our company, from the begining design stage to the final start up, as a turnkey solution. After the approval of the offer, chemical and  mechanical consulting services will be performed both in design period and after the installation.
The appropriate reactor system suitable for your process is produced with the design of 3D technical drawings and flow diagrams, and started up after the final tests. The design is totally based on the efficiency, ease of operation, continuity and visual facts through the very small details. In case of the requirement, after the design and test inspections units can be CE certified.
Reactors at (-0,8 – 150) bar, (-60 – 850°C) temperature, (0 – 1000) rpm mixer speed, (5 – 35.000) liters capacity, can be manufactured by our company, with tests and certificates.

Hydrogenation System
The raw material which will be subjected to the reaction, will be pressurized partially with hydrogen, after dosing the liquid and solid catalyzators. The reaction get started with pressure controlled hydrogen supply inside the high pressure reactor that is heated upto required temperature with jacket or coil system. The process is performed in a fast and efficient state whereby the mixer system ensures the gas dispersion into the solution.  In design of hydrogenation reactor the most important parameters are, an effective mixing system without gas consumption and hydrogen tightness under high pressure and temperature.

Esterification System (Ex. Production of Butyl Acetate)
Esterification reactor is being fed with acetic asid, butyl alcohol and concentrated sulfuric asid and heated until the esterification balance is provided. When the balance is as desired, water which is formed after the reactions, is evaporated and removed from the system. The process is continued until water evaporation ends and by this means esterification has been performed and butyl acetate has been produced. The main points of this system is the recycling of the residual materials after the reaction, purity of the butyl acetate and the system efficiency.

Trans-esterification system (Ex. Production of Alkyd Resin)
In the production of alkyd resin, the reactor is fed with poliol (ex. pentaerythritol) and oil which is mixed with the catalyzer, is heated up to the process temperature. After that, solution cooled down partially and heated up again after the integration of dicarboxylic acid and carboxylic acid anhydride (ex. Phthalic anhydrade) and the poliyester alkyd resin is being produced. Water is isolated from the solution by using an appropriate solvent (ex. xylol), after the condensation of the vapor, solvent is seperated from the water and send back to the reactor. Solution acidity and viscosity is measured during the reaction. Many different alkyd resin can be synthesized by using different oil, acid and poliol. The technical points of the process are the heating and cooling, efficacy of mixing and recycling of the solvent.

Mixing Autoclaves (ex. Sodium Silicate – Sodium Metasilicate – Potassium Silicade Production)
Sodium Silicate, which is produced with the mixture of heated and pressurized silicium oxide (silica sand), sodium hydroxide (caustic)(potassium hydroxide for potasium silicate) and water,  widely used from detergent manufacturing to the drywall production. The production follows the 5 stages; preparatory reactor, mixing autoclave, conditioning tank, filterpress and product silo. The most efective elements for the efficiency and process period are the design of preparatory reactor and mixing autoclave.

Formaldehyde Resin Production System
Formaldehyde solution, which is produced by methanol vapor passing through the silver catalyzer and dissolving in water, is fed to the reactor and heated. After the integration of alkali and urea (or phenol or melanin) and under the inspection of PH value, process is heated up to the reaction  temperature and polimerization is provided.
